When to give up?

Often times when we are struggling in life about something or someone there comes point when we question ourself that is it even worth the struggle. Here are few points to help you decide if you’re thinking to give up on something or someone.
1. If its affecting other aspects of your life.
2. You aren’t able to visualise positive outcome in any case.
3. You start to feel poorly about you. Your self esteem and self worth is getting low with each passing day.
4. You’re the only one who is trying to solve the problem. (Specially if you’re in relationship).
5. When you wakeup in the morning, your first thought is to give up.
6. If your effort is negatively effecting others for prolonged time.
You know the answer now. Nothing is more special and important than your self worth and self esteem.
Growth

Solace
The Journey

Our surroundings and people inspire us in so many ways without even realizing it. Being an inhabitant of the land of Giants and Mountains, the residents from there are known as having the “key element” that makes them special i.e. being adventurous. Since childhood, we are habitual of climbing huge mountains, hiking the treks, and exploring new places.

I had to move to the city for my higher education. It was just a random idea to start our own club for promoting adventure. It happened when once I couldn’t avail a sports competition just because the university had no proper team. Giving a proposal for initiating one and getting accepted, we soon began it properly. We arranged more than 10 events of rock climbing at different places in Islamabad. During weekends, we used to do wall climbing and practices on rocks as well. In different National level competitions, we won bronze and silver medals for securing positions. During this journey, I met some super talented, ambitious, and adventurous peeps. They always remained there to motivate and encourage me more towards my passion. Some few close friends pushed me towards working upon my passion to promote tourism and adventure professionally.

I had a chance to work twice with one of my relatives being a tour guide. We arranged many successful trips to North Pakistan (Gilgit, Hunza, Skardu, Shigar), Kashmir, Naran, Kaghan, and many more places.

Here, I am now! 😛 with more enthusiasm, passion, independence, and experience. Ensuring that the money you will invest would be worth investing in the traveling journey. Because “TO TRAVEL IS TO LIVE”.

Purpose

This is the story of a garden full of beautiful colorful flowers but the fear of the storm always makes them worried. It usually happens after a few blissful times of joy to them. They celebrate their happiness and life during that joyful time. But the fear remains… and when the storm comes, everything seems doomed. Yet, there come some protectors to keep them alive during that devastating era. To protect them; to make them happy; cheerful and lively again. They never lose hope neither the protectors who remain there, despite the fear of the storm.
I am sure you have heard of philanthropy. Some crazy people exist in this world, as what they do is beyond this universe. They are the odd ones out in society, doing things for others with no real expectations of getting something back… apart from making differences in lives. That defines man and his real “Aura” which differentiates him from the rest beings on Earth. They are the chosen ones from God, a part of the “Solution”. They water those flowers and save them from the storm. They are real protectors, the Heroes…

I know at times it gets too hard

To carry yourself with all the burden on your shoulder

Seeing all you have slipping away from your hand is painful

But in all those situations you must not lose your integrity and must not lose yourself

No matter what, you love, you care and you are kind to everyone for that’s who you are

Remember, love is always about giving

Spread love, kindness and keep smiling

Your smile is beautiful and you are even more!
Fool your mind

Human mind is very complex machine. It constantly updates the thinking pattern and neurone pattern with time and experiences. You must understand it that everything happens inside mind, its all state of mind.

We ponder upon silliest things in life and suffer but we have never bothered to think about how mind actually thinks, think about it. Whatever you are feeling now; happy, sad, intrigued, bored, just think why is it happening you’ll observe that its just state of mind. Happiness is nothing but state of mind so are all the positive and negative emotions you experience.

So, when you are feeling happy and satisfied, you’re blessed, enjoy it. But when you’re experiencing something negative and it’s disturbing you then remind yourself that that’s just state of mind and you can always change it.

Instead of dwelling more on that unfortunate and uncomfortable incidents again and again think about some thing about good which makes you smile and feel good about yourself. Look for positivity inside everything. Like i mentioned earlier it’s all mind game if you look onto something expecting to get something good and positive out of it then undoubtedly you’ll get what you are looking for. This is nature’s rule, people refer it as “law of attraction” which states you get what you look for. Think positive even in most worst situations and you’ll get something good out of it, thousands of successful men and women have tried and tested this formula according to “the secret”.

At times people might share with you things that might hurt you or disturb you or you yourself get to know about something about them which is disturbing for you. Your challenge at those times is to control your mind and let not it overthink. Rather, you should think that “sharing is caring” and sharing itself is positive thing and if someone is sharing something with you how can it contain negativity.

With positively changed thinking pattern you’ll surely start to embrace the positivity and find good in situations which apparently look so horrible and worse.
