Human mind is very complex machine. It constantly updates the thinking pattern and neurone pattern with time and experiences. You must understand it that everything happens inside mind, its all state of mind.
We ponder upon silliest things in life and suffer but we have never bothered to think about how mind actually thinks, think about it. Whatever you are feeling now; happy, sad, intrigued, bored, just think why is it happening you’ll observe that its just state of mind. Happiness is nothing but state of mind so are all the positive and negative emotions you experience.
So, when you are feeling happy and satisfied, you’re blessed, enjoy it. But when you’re experiencing something negative and it’s disturbing you then remind yourself that that’s just state of mind and you can always change it.
Instead of dwelling more on that unfortunate and uncomfortable incidents again and again think about some thing about good which makes you smile and feel good about yourself. Look for positivity inside everything. Like i mentioned earlier it’s all mind game if you look onto something expecting to get something good and positive out of it then undoubtedly you’ll get what you are looking for. This is nature’s rule, people refer it as “law of attraction” which states you get what you look for. Think positive even in most worst situations and you’ll get something good out of it, thousands of successful men and women have tried and tested this formula according to “the secret”.
At times people might share with you things that might hurt you or disturb you or you yourself get to know about something about them which is disturbing for you. Your challenge at those times is to control your mind and let not it overthink. Rather, you should think that “sharing is caring” and sharing itself is positive thing and if someone is sharing something with you how can it contain negativity.
With positively changed thinking pattern you’ll surely start to embrace the positivity and find good in situations which apparently look so horrible and worse.

You know it very well that no one can hurt you without your consent. You do, right?
Then why you keep complaining about circumstances you face in life? Question yourself at every step and with every breath you take. Why the things are the way they are? Why this and why not that?
It’s all you! It’s your choices! You have to admit this fact and embrace it that your present is based on the decisions you took yesterday or before that.
Make your choices wisely because you and only you will face it eventually.
Stop dreaming and start living yourself a real life. Punch and pinch yourself if you need to but with every second you need to make yourself realise that you’re living a life and it’s your responsibility to make it worth living for you first of all and then your loved ones. Let gone be bygones.

Yes, exactly! I am talking about your wound and you know exactly what kinda wound I am referring to, you know it well.
You know it very well that it will only bleed more still you can’t help and touch it and then keep crying over spilt milk. Are you an idiot?
Your gut feelings are the best guide most of the time, follow it. And if you want to cross check it you are more than welcome. Now that you have cross checked it too and you know it, why do you repeat the same mistakes again and again.
If you repeat your mistakes you are not a smart and wise person. You must bear its consequences too then.
… aah! You think too much! But its not just thinking rather an overthinking and its pretty bad for mental health … leave it!

Human being isn’t just combination of bone, flesh and blood rather a composition of emotions. Every single one of us go through certain emotional state during a course of the day. At time you might be the happiest alive but there is a time when you aren’t feeling well at all.
It’s okay to feel down, angry, rejected, neglected and negative sometimes. Going through such emotions means you are still alive and unlike many other walking dead you can feel things happening with you and around you.
But, keep in mind you can’t afford the negative feelings overcome you and ruin your day. Self worth is something which will help you when are feeling down. Self worth is something one must be well aware of. It’s the self worth that keeps you going at times when you are feeling low.
People often confuse self esteem with self worth. There is little difference between the two. In self esteem you are comparing yourself with external standards, the standards that you don’t have control over but self worth is opposite, in self worth you don’t compare yourself with anyone else. It is about how much you value yourself.
You fight with the inner devil voice within you in self worth. The devil voice/master which lives inside you and which came into existence because of your bad experiences with family, friends and other people, your non commitment with your own words etc will make you feel worthless.
But to keep going you must not listen to the devil’s voice and not let those past bad experiences affect your present and future. You are worthy of love and care. You are a kind person and love kindness. In such times treat yourself as you would treat your good friend. Pamper yourself, increase your self worth, help someone, volunteer in some good cause. Talk to someone who is not feeling good, make them feel good.
By these small gestures your self worth will increase, you will feel that you matter to people because you brought smile on someone’s face, you were able to help someone in need. With higher self worth all the negativity will be gone and you can start living a happy and blissful life.
Spread positivity and live in peace.

The shortest day of year, December 21. Practically it is the shortest day of the year but I felt it so long, like I counted every second of it. May be it was because we didn’t talk whole day, may be because I was eager to get home and say hello to you. Sometimes you are so close when you are far away and sometimes I feel so far away when you are right in front of me! Tragic ha!
Getting so much involved in present sometimes we forget our past and future. And in the same way, we sometimes get so much stuck in the past that we forget that we have a present and future which in contrary to past is very much in control of our-self and the present. A wise man said if you aren’t satisfied of your present your next 5 years will redefine you so better use those five years. Invest in yourself and learn as much as possible.
Sometimes it’s good to go with flow but try to go against flow sometimes. In back of mind we all are well aware of who we are, there is no summer but has its winter. We exactly know what we are doing and can anticipate the outcome even then we go with flow because it’s so easy get flowed
